The Brief

The Donaldson Davis team were asked to organise our client’s European Customer Advisory Council, a subsequently annual award-winning event held at various locations throughout Europe.  This high-end event targeted our client’s top customers from across Europe.  We were asked to find a venue and create a programme that would not only encourage attendance at C-level but also ensure there was an intimate networking environment that would encourage an open discussion forum.


Castel Monastero, Tuscany


The luxury hotel Castel Monastero was chosen for this event as we would be the only group in-house over the event dates, ensuring that hotel felt like our own private luxury village in the Tuscan hills.  Being located close to Sienna, the attendees were also able to enjoy an afternoon and evening in this beautiful city – taking in the sites followed by a superb private dinner in a restaurant dating back to 200BC.
